These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GeoLeads, operated by Infinite Goose. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use GeoLeads.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

2. Acceptable use

GeoLeads provides business contact and signal data to support legitimate outreach. You agree to use the service and any data you obtain through it lawfully and responsibly, including compliance with all applicable marketing, anti-spam and data-protection laws in your jurisdiction.

• Do not use the service to send unlawful, deceptive or harassing communications.
• Do not resell or redistribute lead data in violation of these Terms.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the service.

3. Plans, credits and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Each plan includes a set number of monthly credits, which refresh on your billing date and do not roll over. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time; changes take effect immediately. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Data and accuracy

Business data is compiled from public sources and is provided "as is." While we work to keep it fresh and accurate, we do not guarantee that every detail is complete or current. You are responsible for verifying information before relying on it and for how you use it in your outreach.

5. Intellectual property

GeoLeads, including its software, design and content, is owned by Infinite Goose and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these Terms.

6. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure. On termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.

7. Disclaimers and liability
